Exchange and Return Policy

 

We take pride in our name and reputation in terms of product quality and excellent service that we provide to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an immediate replacement or refund according to the following exchange and return policy:

The customer must send a notice of replacement or return by e-mail to Genie Collection within a period not exceeding two days from the date of receiving the wrong item that was sent to him or returning the item that was purchased with mentioning the reason for the replacement or return.

Only unopened and unused items will be considered.

Return and exchange can be made if the item is in the same original condition when purchased and wrapped in the original Genie Collection packaging.

Replacement and retrieval are free of charge in the case of items sent to the customer with an error or a manufacturing defective 

You received a damaged or defective product

The same original amount printed on the purchase receipt / invoice will be refunded without shipping charges or customs fees and taxes.

In other cases for exchange or return (other than what was mentioned), the customer will bear the shipping cost.

Return according to the conditions mentioned within two days from the date of the customer receiving the shipment, and the replacement within seven (7) days from the date you received the shipment, and no request will be considered after the end of the specified period.

If the reasons for return are wrong items shipped, the Genie Collection store will bear the shipping cost

If the reason for the return is that the customers did not like the item, and the product is still in the same original condition in which it was shipped, in this case the customer bears the shipping costs

 

Refund terms:

The value of items that are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase will be refunded for cash purchases (payment on receipt). As for purchases via credit card, the value will be added to the buyer (customer) card after 60 days from the date of purchase

Genie Collection store accepts the exchange in case the item is sent by mistake to the customer

To claim a refund on a special offer or purchase multiple items, all items included in the offer must be returned at the time of redemption with the return form duly filled out in accordance with the applicable Genie Collection store

Please send your package including the return or exchange form with your shipment

You are required to return the purchased items by an insured and reliable shipping method to ensure proper and ed delivery to the Genie Collection store address.
